Making cookies is fun but can be a challenge. The most important ingredient is brown sugar you make in the sugar mill. To keep enough brown sugar in stock will be a challenge. If you can manage the stock problem no other problems will be there for making a cookie. Getting the eggs and wheat is almost the same as with making corn bread.

Level 24 you need cookie as ingredient for making a cheese cake. Cookies are often asked on truck orders and boats. 

Making chicken feed and getting the eggs from the chickens becomes more important. Buying is an option but that will bring down the profit. Cookie gets a B-rating despite the "brown sugar gate". You need to do a little extra work in relation with corn bread.

Profitability (1 t/m 6)

Cookies are easy to make especially when you are not playing all the time although you need brown sugars to make them. If you manage to get some extra slots (2 would be awesome) you can make 4 cookies. That will take 4 hours to make them. When you want to sell it, it will give you 1044 coins for 10 items. 

For 10 cookies you need 10h (also 10 brown sugar), when mastered 8h30m. In 8 hours 30 minutes about 1044 coins? That depends how you work and how many slots you have. The "brown sugar gate" will be a important factor.  So for profitability it still gets a 1 because of the time it needs to make it. If you only look at coins / hour ratio, bread wins again.
