Steps to make it:

Grow corn on your crop fields (4 minutes)
Make 1 popcorn (30 minutes)

Total Time from scratch:
34m for 1 popcorn, every extra popcorn will be 30m longer. When mastered you can save 5 minutes on the popcorn. Every extra popcorn will take 25 minutes.
